Mal’bongwe is the Founder and Managing Director. He is an accredited Professional Director with the Directors Association. Mal’bongwe is a B-BBEE and Labour Relations Practitioner with a wealth of experience in developing and implementing transformation and labour relations strategies.
Ratwa Rakale (CCMA – SA)
Ratwa is the Director of the Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Unit. He is a part-time Commissioner of the CCMA specialising in Mediation, Facilitation of Collective Bargaining, Section 189A, Organisational Rights, Relationship Building and Training. With 10 years’ experience at the CCMA and over 20 years as a shop steward in the retail industry with various labour relations qualifications from IMMSA, the CCMA, Damelin Management School and UNISA.
Nqwenelwa Jako, CA(SA)
Nqwenelwa is the Accounting Officer and a registered Chartered Accountant. She brings extensive financial expertise to our team, ensuring the highest standards of financial management and reporting for our clients.
Nonkqubela Qolo
Nono is the Head of Sustainability Programmes and a registered Counselling Psychologist. She has experience in Health, Community and Education sectors. Nono is passionate about development of disadvantaged individuals including children, youth and women.
